Hardware compressed H.264, PCI or PCI-Express cards

3000H4C series encoder: all channels recording @30fps with audio, 64 channels per PC.
3000H4D series: 2 or 4 channel TV matrix output, fully flexible for output config.
Version 9.0 software supports Windows 2000 / XP / Vista and handles cctv / IP cameras.

Introduction

H.264 is MPEG4 Part 10/AVC codec that provides high compression, high quality video, best suited for surveillance application. It makes use of block transfers and motion compensated predictive coding. When compared with MPEG2 coding, MPEG4 ( H264 ) uses 1/3 of the bandwidth (1/3 of storage space) to deliver the same quality video. When compared with MPEG4(ASP), MPEG4 (H264) uses 3/5 of the bandwidth ( 3/5 of storage space) to deliver the same quality video. These cards can be mixed and stacked for more channels.

Outstanding Features
  • Up to 64 cctv and IP cameras per PC, all channels recording @30fps video+audio. Supports .
  • Allow mix stacking, e.g. 4/8/16 ch. cards, PCI or PCI Express on a PC.
  • Low CPU usage, therefore, DVR is very stable. A 32 ch. DVR, simultaneously monitor, record, and support remote access will consume only 20% usage on a 3GHz P4 CPU.
  • DVD quality @D1, S-VHS quality @2CIF, VHS quality @CIF.
  • Flexible configuration: most cards support CIF and 2CIF (528x360 pixels S-VHS), can combine two channels to create a Full D1 (704x480, DVD)
  • Customize the application s/w and build your own installable CD.
  • Dual encoding, e.g. higher quality for local storage, less quality for the internet.
  • Allow instant playback while monitoring. Right click on one or more channel(s) for immediate playback while monitoring other channels.
  • Supports 128 presets, 10 programmable routes for PTZs, return to default preset/route within a preset time. On-screen PTZ control by mouse.
  • Motion sensing, private masking, alarm pop-up, E-mail alert, E-map, two way audio.
  • Remote viewing via web browser and/or Live center (Client) using only 1 and 2 Internet ports respectively.
  • Live Center supports and connects simultaneously to H.264 PC-DVR cards, IP cameras, NVR and video servers. 64 ILDVR appliances per page, 16 pages.
  • Live center can monitor, record, remote control, re-configure server(s)and other appliances.
  • Windows 2000, XP, Vista(32bit)
Why ILDVR cards?

There is a variety of H.264 hardware encoding cards.  Their performance depend very much on the encoder chipset and application program software:
  • There are multiple levels of micro-code for the encoder, the more expensive ones support more options and better quality. There are lower cost ones with codes written for Chinese market, e.g. video loss and alarm will show Chinese.  ILDVR uses the highest level micro-code wittern in English, with enhanced function working with our application program.
  • The chip set manufacturer provides "sample" application software. Many “factories” would not bother to re-write the software, limiting their capability and interface design to prototype levels. ILDVR software is the most comprehensive compared with similar products in the market, updated twice yearly. As of July 2008, we are at version 9.0.
  • ILDVR provides a complete set of H.264 hardware encoded products: PCI cards, PCI-Express cards, standalone NVR, Video servers and IP cameras.  Since they use the same hardware encoder, one set of software can manage all of these many devices.  Internet Explorer with the same active-X can view all of these appliances.  The client software, called "Live Center", can connect to 64 different appliances at the same time. Data files from all these appliances are common in format, which is the first in this industry.
  • ILDVR has CMS (Central Monitoring Station) software to handle up to 10,000 cameras.
