1.What are the basic requirements to run the program?
- Your mobile phone must support Java. (What is Java?:http://java.sun.com/javame/index.jsp)
- Your mobile phone must have internet access.
For best performane, we recommend you use a PDA, Pocket PC, or smartphone since they generally meet the above requirements.

2.How to install the program?
If your mobile device is connected to internet, you can install by visiting http://YourSeverAddress/mobiledvr using a web browser on your mobile device, 
replace 'YourSeverAddress' with your own server address. Depend your internet speed the process may take up to several minutes.

If the above way doesn't work for you, you can download/copy the 2 files MobileDvr.jad and MobileDVR.jar to any folder in your mobile phone, 
then run MobileDvr.jar, which is inside the folder, on your mobile device. You can find the 2 files in ILDVR server v8.21 installation folder.

3.How to configure DVR server?
The default mobile DVR TCP port is 4501, you must configure your neetwork router, map this port to your DVR server.
In Camera Setup interface, set the camera "Netsent size" to QCIF. (It must be different to record image size). Set the "Netsend Frame" to 3

4.How to get conncetion?
visit http://YourSeverAddress/mobiledvr using a web browser on your mobile device, replace 'YourSeverAddress' with your own server address.
If your mobile phone internet connection is good condition, wait about 15 seconds you can get about 3 to 5 fps viewing speed.
